I ordered power banks samples from Ivy who approached me with an email titled "wholesale power banks from manufacturer". I received this email one day after contacting several power banks manufacturers through Made-in-China.com. The catalogue was really well made with photos, technical details and MOQ. Prices were very attractive that's why I ordered the samples. Now Ivy is either not answering my emails or claiming that the delay is due to a "autumn holiday" in China when I said I will report her. I should have checked the company webutation first. I guess my lesson was cheaper than for others. In brief, Shenzhen Topbuy Technology Co., Ltd is a FRAUD.

I just received this "i have put the products in the Fedex final before holiday, this is the tracking number :xxx.because of the holiday,it may dealy,so you can track it in 1-3days " . The tracking number does not lead to any shipment (so far).
Update: 09/25/2013
I finally received the samples I ordered, but they are alabeled from another company. I suspect that the so called "Topbuy" sent the samples to push me to close a deal with them, but that will not happen.
