Hi,
There was a problem with our website that processed your order for the 5x8 rug at the 4x6 rug price. We would love to be able to honor this however it is way below our cost factoring in shipping at $40+. I can not personally pay the difference on all the orders that were received for this item. I was told we must cancel them. In lieu of canceling we are offering everyone the rug at our cost + shipping. The min. cost for the rug with shipping to your location is $178.00 which is $51 less than any other online advertised price and below the min. we are permitted to sell for per Shaw's guidelines. Please let us know if you want to pay the difference or have your order cancelled and refunded. I am very sorry for the issue!

That was the posted price. They just sit on it and then ask for more money a week later!
Submitted a complaint to the BBB and then delectably-yours closed my online account without refunding my money!
