I purchased bedding from Delectably Yours through eBay. Delectably Yours claims to have sent the bedding to my home via FedEx. FedEx tracking says it was delievered to our porch but it was never received. Delectably Yours didn't respond to my complaint -- instead they submitted a slanted picture to eBay -- submitting one of my early emails but not the last one presenting the fact that we were home, watching for deliveries, and none came. EBay denied a refund.
Fine, but they left me without recourse. FedEx should be responsible for delivering to the wrong house. They take a picture of each delivery, but you can't get that information without cooperation from the shipper. You can't file a claim with FedEx unless you're the shipper or they release their rights to the recipient. And now Delectably Yours never answers the phone. So I'm out $100 and I can't reach them! My calls just go to voicemail. I would avoid this company like the plague.
