We bought an e-ticket from flight deal agency http://www.cheaper-airflights.com on September 12th 2013 and had to pay through bank transfer. Flight deal agency had acknowledged a receipt of our order 25136, and sent us payment instructions, saying they would provide the e-ticket 12 hours after we had confirmed the bank transfer in the "My Itineraries section of their website". Transfer had to be made to recipient name Recipient name: Midor S.P.
Still awaiting any direct confirmation or e mails back and their bank is refusing to deal with the issue of an ongoing complaints issue against them.
