Like many others on your website I signed up for what I thought was a free trial only requiring payment of the postage. I have subsequently been charged in full for the product (in fact twice 09.09.13 and 11.09.13) as well as the FedEx costs for the initial trial product (two puffs out of an aerosol)
When I realised what was happening I phoned the company call contact number for australia (1-800-765-924) to firstly cancel any further purchases and secondly to request a refund for what I viewed as unsolicited goods and associated charges. I was advised that I could get an instant refund of about 50% of the amount paid or if I returned the product at my own cost I could get a 100% refund. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that I had been charged twice. This was put down to a "bank error". The call center individual was obviously reading from a script and would not deviate from the "company policy". No further contact information could be obtained despite my request.

The "scam" also involves another company "DermPure" operating out of the same address in Westminster, Colorado. In order to cancel an identical "contract" with them I had to call the same number and ask for a separate division within the call centre. Similar scenario, 50% immediate refund or send goods back for 100% refund. Amount I was told I would get was "retail" price of about $128USD however my credit card had actually been charged $147.41USD. Contact person for DermPure was "Aiza" Employer ID 0111 and again she would not give any additional information or contacts.
