Do not do businesses with this company! They are very unprofessional and I will tell you guys why. Friday I called these ppl and told them my problem with my laptop. Before a min into the conversation this guy immediately told me total is $199.00 because they will send a $50 off card(false). I was still confused about the problem so I called the next day. I had someone telling me different things that was wrong with my laptop. She sounded legit so I just gave her my card number.

The first thing I noticed is that I never received an email, but they managed to get my money. Sunday I called these (Inappropriate Content Removed) who had me on hold for 30 min to have me reach a different department. I called them like why no one is picking up. Come to find out the other department was closed. How professional is that? So I had to call back Monday. I just asked for my money back because its pathetic to pay $250 3 days ago and not one confirmation email for the shipping.

These clowns literally transferred me over 5 times to just cancel my card. What made it more annoying is when some lady was asking why I want my money back. Just let them do their job. To not curse her out I just said because I want to cancel my card. I'm happy I canceled because the customer service is terrible with a bunch of Indians who can't talk properly.
