"Company" has charged $9.99/mo since August 2011 - as we have never signed up or opted in for their "services", I never reviewed or questioned my bill. Per Verizon policy, there is an opt in process that did not take place requiring company to send a pin and log in verificaiton to their website.Verizon is unable to refund any money, and company is showing out of business/no longer taking new clients but is gladly taking $ from past customers.
