They took a deposit, paid it directly to the hotel. I had a 48 hr option to cancel and when I tried, multiple times the site could not "confirm my cancellation at this time". The time past and the hotel charged me despite all efforts to contact the company. There replies we're more than rude. There are too many reliable sites in this country that I have and will continue to work with as they have "live" customer service reps. This company will fail soon enough.
