i feel this is a scam because they never tol me i was signing up for a member ship there was suppose to b a one time fee of 1.92 so they recently took 59.00 for something i knew nothing about and how are you supppose qualify for a grant if you have to pay some money to get it if it's free money i think you should not have to pay for free money
