A virus (Trojan) was implanted into my computer. Whenever I open a trusted web site, it popped up a free survey. The survey is simple. In the end, it will provide you "Free" gift. One of them is free trial for natural cleanse. Not like their web site, there is no term and conditions for you when you choose the free trial. I ordered one bottle of the product for free trial. My credit card was charged for the shipping & handling fee. After 14 days, the product was delivered to my mailbox. And another charge of $79.98 was added to my credit card on August 28. I discovered this charge when I received my credit card statement. I called the on September 18, the customer care specialist promised me to refund the money of $79.98 in 48 hours. However, they never refund. I called in today. They said that they won't refund the money and hung up the phone
