Upon set up on my router through Frontier, I was handed off to this company for assistance in February 2013. Should have been a one time charge however, this company continues to charge my credit card monthly. I contacted Capital One regarding fraud charges and I'm getting the run around from them as well. I noticed on the BBB website there are also complaints.
