Like several others I want to report that Justcloud has become, and perhaps always was, a scam. I signed up for a 2 year deal of 'unlimited' about a year ago and was backing up not quite 1TB of data - mostly photos from my trips, etc. All personal stuff.

Recently they stopped backing up my external drive and when I complained they said tough - we decided to change the terms and you can pay extra to keep the service you already paid for.

Then I recieved the 'you have violated our fair use' terms and we are kicking you out unless you pay 10X the cost to convert to a business account. No appeal, no info as to what level of use crossed the line or where the line was.

At best their service was 'ok' in the early days. Good enough to not want to spend the time to move to something else but not good enought to recommend to anyone else.
