we clickrd on a "book now" button and were charged $639 to stay at a rental. two days later we were called by the property owner and told there was no availability for the dates we booked. We contacted FlipKey and they said we would get a refund in 10 days. Now we can't take our trip because they have our money. How can they take money for rooms that are unavailable...
