Purchased a computer om 8/13/13 and was sold the TotalDefense security system, which is returnable for a refund within 60 days. I tried to apply for a refund, was told could only be processed online. Followed their instructions and filled out the forms. Their answer was that I would receive an American Express Reward Card, the total refund did NOT include the sales tax I paid. I told them that was not acceptable, I did not pay with an AMEX card, therefore I want a credit applied to my credit card. CrCd company said they cannot stop payment to TotalDefense. This is B.S. and false advertising. Said right on the box they would refund my $$ and they are not doing it. BIG SCAM. Manager at store where purcghased said this company is owned by Computer Associates. What a Crock!!!!
