I found this company on alibaba.com and the contact person was [email protected]. They promised me to send me 2 phones. I paid and sent receipt of my payment (109$ + 17$ transfer) by Western Union on 30.09.2013. TingMing Cai got the money on 03.10.2013. I sent my delivery address too. They promised me to deliver for 5 days by DHL, but nobody don't answer my emails.
I tried to publish this problem to alibaba.com, but Visnansupplier International Trade Co., Limited is not part of alibaba.com community.
I don’t know how to resolve this problem.
I hope Ms Yuan will be correct. She says: When you arrange payment, pls send me the copy of bank receipt, also pls send me your detail address, full name and phone number, then we can ship out goods to you directly and correctly.
