Dell Alienware referred me to Techzilla August 6, 2013 which is apparently their official technical support department. Initially I had a blue screen problem and drivers would not load. After spending 2 days on the phone with Marvin and Michael trying to have this resolved remotely (and paying over $200 for the technical support services) I decided to send in the laptop to be fixed in their repair department. After a few days, they said it was the wrong video memory and I paid $400 to have the correct (and additional) memory installed. The same day I received my laptop I had a blue screen problem again and the drivers still would not load. Sent it back again, this time they took a few days longer and returned it saying it had been fixed. Their online portal showing the calls and resolutions had the wrong case number as did the paperwork that came back with the laptop. One day after receiving it, again a blue screen. I sent an email indicating it had not been fixed and received a phone call within 5 minutes asking me to return it, that they would make sure it would be fixed. Once again, shipped it to them. I am now waiting for a result. I don't think they pay attention to the history of an issue and although they say that the same person would be involved each time, I have had to speak to different people every time and re-explain the history every time. I am not confident in this company. I also noticed they are not part of the BBB but their principals are listed as follows:

Principal: Mr. Sujey Ruiz
Mr. Benzion Aboud (CEO)
Mr. Joseph Bamira (Chairman)
Mr. Reid Shapiro (COO)

If after returning my laptop I have another problem, I will resolve it locally. Remember the definition of insanity.
