My wife and I were called by this company to modify our mortgage. They stated we would have to pay a fee of $1200.00 for their work. They also stated that if we did not get the loan modification, we would receive a refund of $1200.00. They company tried twice with the same results. We then ask for our refund and provided the paperwork. I called they company two weeks later, but was told the account department was in. It has now been 5 weeks and each week I called it was the same excuse or no answer at all. In the beginning they were very easy to reach. Now it takes trickery on my part to get a person to talk. It really doesn't matter the results are the same, "No Money is refunded".
