I ordered a high end lens from this company and even paid for fast shipping. When the lens did not arrive on time, I began to get suspicious. I called the company many times, and was giving the run around many times. They never want to answer their phones for customer service, but will do so for sales only. I finally got a hold of a person and told them that I wanted a refund. He told me that when I receive the item, just don't except it and return it. I have not received it, nor have I received a refund. This company is to be avoided at all costs. It probably is a family business, because it amazes me that anyone can be this bad when it comes to customer service. I plan to fight this issue even if I have to take them to court. I have also called the better business bureau on them.
