Upon calling for tech services, I was told that I needed a registry cleaner, they would charge me $60, but after being customer for 90 days, they would refund my money in 10-16 weeks. I called for something else and now I needed their antivirus for another $60, same details. After submitting forms and getting no response, I called and was told that the order number was not correct. I was never given the order number that I needed. I re submitted the forms, to date after multiple calls and being told that I needed to wait even more time, I have NOT YET received my rebates. I kept paying their monthly fee, hoping that it would assure that I got my rebate. My mistake! I discontinued my account wih them in August.
This commpany was suggested to me by Hughesnet when I signed up for their interntet service, which isn't the greatest either, I might add... I wonder how many people just give up waiting for their money?? It seems that is Techzilla's business plan.
