techzilla inspected my old computer and misled me on what might be wrong with it, and costs and repairs they could make, then led me to purchase of a used/re-certified computer. they told me they were sending me an 08 macbook pro and i received an 06 macbook. A very old device. when i found that i got an older computer, i tried to get a price for RAM upgrade and installation of Microsoft Office from them, about $400. i declined. i later learned from Apple that the old computer could not be upgraded!!!!!! i tried for 2 days to talk to Daniel, who sold me the computer, Steven and customer service......but all i got was the runaround. DO NOT USE TECHZILLA! SCAM
