My father downloaded and paid for Speedy PC Pro and backup on 3 October 2013. He thought they were selling software to speed up his computer, not remove files for storage on their server. He has been trying to make contact with them since then to retrieve his files. He has not been successful in doing this. The e-mails received from them cannot be replied to, their web site has no contact details and the support form is undeliverable. They have now sent him a notice that his subscription has expired, even though he paid already and they have locked his account. They are now threatening to delete his files unless he pays again. This is unscrupulous business practice and infringing on consumer rights.
