Ordered a set of items from them online--the most expensive of the three shipped the next day and they abruptly refunded the lowest-priced item. The other item was "Awaiting stock picking" in their warehouse for two weeks before I began to send them emails through a "support" web form. No 800 number posted anywhere. They've never responded to contact via email or phone, and have not refunded the never-shipped 3rd item. The vendor's website has been posted "Closed For Maintenance" the entire past month of October.
