The above company sent me a statement advising would charge me $2.95 US but charged me $159 US and I still do not have any product or contact from the above company. Delivery was promised by the 26.10.2013. Money was taken from my account that was all that happened on this date?

Product arrived on 05.11.2013 and I phoned the numbers in the invoice but was advised could not return product and no refund would be provided as this option was only valid for 3 days and hung up on 3 times by operators so rude.

They stated that the 100% guarantee was not an option either as needed to be returned within 14 days of making the order. So disappointed I was scammed but need to read all fine print? Expensive lesson learnt here
