I too saw the ad on facebook about Dr Oz and the Carcinia Cambogia & Cleanse Catalyst Plus pills, so I decide to give them a 30 day money back guarantee trial. I ordered them on the 29/7/13. They charged my account $151.18AUD on the 31/7/13 and I received them on the 14/8/13 and started using them, with no results at all. I emailed the company on the 9/9/13 advising them that I am unsatisfied with the products and would like my 30 day money back guarantee. The email trail began - I did not hear from them, after numerous emails requesting a reply. I heard from them on the 17/9/13, advising me to send the empty bottles back and they will give me a refund. I posted the bottles Internation Registered Post with a tracking number on the 18/9/13 and I advised them of this with the tracking number. I then began the emails again asking if they have received it. No Reply from them. I then emailed constantly, I got a reply from them on the 27/10/13 stating that my package may have gotten lost in the postal carrier. They will reship my order now. I sent her an email clearly advising that there is some confusion here. I did not order anymore products from them .. I want my refund on those products. On the 28/10/13 I got an email from them advising me that my order is on its way.When I came into the office the next day on the 29/10/13 I sent the girl I'm dealing with an email - stating that there is some confusion - why would I want to order more products when my email trail is stating that I have returned the goods for a refund. On the 31 October 2013, I have contacted my bank and I have also sent them an email outlining the whole scenario that started on the 26/7/10 and I advised them that on numerous occassions I have requested for a Toll free number so I can clear this issue verbally but none was given. I have advised them that I will lodge a complaint against them. Regards (Personal Information Removed)
