TOTAL RIP-OFF..SCAM ON SENIORS..I called them to do $89. duct cleaning special as advertised in local fliers. 2 men came out, removed only 1 a/c vent & stuck vacuum (?)hose in. Pulled out dryer, cleaned vent, asked for bag and threw in my trashcan and charged for hazardous waste disposal. Claimed put freon in a/c but never went in back yard and claimed put in kind my system doesnt even take. List goes on and on. Intimidated me into signing and initialing their work order before they had filled in charges.
