Through email, she waffled, this "Helen," on how quick she could get it to us, since she said it was available.

I don't know what available translates to in other languages, but that means ready.

So we prod her, and she gets something out. It arrives from China to America in 6 days! Wow!

My heart sunk as it was a white powder with a sweet smell to it.

First thing I do, I get 45 degree Fahrenheit purified water from the fridge and dunk a sizeable amount into 30ml of liquid. 1.2 grams. Completely insoluble, so I heat it to almost boiling, doesn't dissolve much at all.
