Mr. Barry Regan was the first individual I had contact with. He's a foreigner claiming to be from Bulgaria. He told me of how he's a widower with a 14 year old son. Barry Regan romanced me and I believed him for a little over a month. I sent his son a birthday card with $200.00 in it and two gifts which cost about $200.00. The FedX cost me $190.28. FedX called me and told me that the delivery can't be made if I don't give them a number or an email. Mr. Regan and I are not talking and text and email him if he could give the number and email. He is not connecting with me so what's going to happen is that it will cost me more money for them to send it back to me. I just want it to go through. I found out that there are other complaints about him. Today he finally hit me with money. He wanted me to send him money to come to Hawaii and also he wanted to borrow money from me and I was shocked. I did not do it. Women needs to be very careful. Stay away from the foreigners. They can be very convincing. I was almost a victim.
