I ordered a "free trial" of HCA Garcinia Cambogia. When it was ordered the website stated that I would be charged $4.95 for shipping. Two weeks after the order was placed I received a call from my credit card company that a suspicious charge of $94.95 was attempting to be charged to my credit card for a second time. The first charge of $94.95 had already went through. I went back to the email that I received as a confirmation to see if this $94.95 charge was mentioned at all and it was not.

The email reply was as follows:
Please kindly note that:
a. The charge may orignate from a routing bank outside of the United States
b. There may be an additional foreign transaction charge billed by your card
company depending on your card's terms and conditions
c. The final charge amount is subject to exchange rates set by your card company
and hence may be slightly different. We ONLY bill the total amount stated -
$4.95

I did notice that the confirmation came from a gmail account and that should have been the first sign that something was wrong. The email confirmation came from [email protected]. Beware of this scam.
