I saw a small ad on Facebook - one of the ones down the side of the screen - 'promising' to make me look younger if I sent £4.99 for this miracle cream!! By ticking the T&C's box, I 'allowed' these thieves to help themselves to £99 every month since then. It started in May and I stupidly wondered why they kept sending me their product, when I thought I had only signed up for their £4.99 sample!!!
I have now sent them back all their products - apart from the first £4.99 lot they sent. I have spoken to people in their call centre (a different person each time of course!). They gave me a number to put on the products I returned, telling me that when they received the products back, they would refund me my money.
Of course that was a lie! When they did get everything back, they said they were only going to reimburse me £70 - not even the full £99 - apparently the balance was for 'handling' charges.
I asked to speak to the manager, but of course he wasnt 'on the floor' when I rang!!! They werent a bit interested in reimbursing me for all the rest of their trashy products I returned.
If you are able to get me back even some of my money, I would be eternally grateful!
