Hi I bought a small kitchen from Lancashire Interior Home Designs costing £560.00 and it arrived with 2 cupboard doors missing I have phoned them several times, they keep you waiting for 1/2 hr at least, just to palm you off with some story about they are waiting for a delivery.
This company in my opinion should be shut down, they don,t know how to run a business, and am fed up with asking them for my 2 doors that i have paid for.

I am buying a kitchen from this company and I would like to ask a couple of questions for my own piece of mind. I am told that i will pay nothing other than a fifty pounds deposit until delivery, then if anything is missing, I don't pay, i just send back the order and await full delivery. How is it you have 2 doors missing that you say you have paid for? I need to know if they are being truthful about delivery because I certainly don't intend to pay till I receive my full kitchen, as promised....also, you say that the reported damages for this complaint are 560 pounds. Does this mean each door cost 280 pounds???? Are they solid gold doors? My whole kitchen, (14 units plus appliances and doors) was only 1,100 pounds.
I also feel that to shut down a company whose prices are so reasonable (as you have demanded) just because you have to wait for a delivery, may be a little unjust. -
