I to receive an e-mail from NCS Law Group on November 4, 2013 stating that a case will be downloaded on Monday (November 11, 2013) and that I will be soon served with court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders (which I never received). If I want to avoid the legal consequences, they merely require I get back to them with the payment. That I could either e-mail back or call on the phone number given on the bottom of the e-mail, which was (315) 215-0407. When I replied to the e-mail stating that I had no idea as to what this was pertaining, NCS Law Group has not responded yet to me. I also call and spoke with Matt Williams he hang up the phone once he found out it was me not sure what’s really going on but, they have a signed copy of the contract which I supposedly signed under my e-mail address and that they would also like to mention that they had my computer's IP address and my SSN was also traced when I was supposedly signing the contract with the company.

- This is a scam. They have emailed me three times with the same scam, twice last year and just this past week.
