This company will rip you off. On 9/18, I placed an order for the buy 2 get 1 free bottles of Garcinia for $104.97. The next day, I find 3 charges to my bank account, one for $104.97, one for $57, and one for $37. I called and was told I placed 3 different orders and all 3 had been shipped to me, but I could return the two unwanted products and get refunded. On 9/25, I returned the 2 unwanted products via FedEx and included the RMA number I was given for each of them. I called on 10/3 to inquire about the status of my refund on those 2 products and was told by a very condescending employee it takes 30 days to receive a refund. I informed him that the website clearly states it takes 3-5 days and he told me "some people just don't have the stomach to handle the truth." I requested to speak with his supervisor, he refused, and proceeded to read aloud the rude note he was writing about me on my account. I asked to cancel my original order as well at that point, for which I was given another RMA number to return the products. I called on 10/7 and was told all 3 had been received and my refunds were now being processed and I should the money in my account in 3-5 days. On 10/15 I received a refund for $57. I called on 10/25 and was told their system showed all 3 were processed on 10/15. I was then asked to fax my bank statement to their "rapid response" department, which I did, and called back the next day as requested. The rep told me the same thing I was told the previous day. Called 11/4, and was told perhaps they didn't receive all 3 products back from me, which my tracking numbers then proved they had, so was told supervisor would call in 24 hours. No phone call, so I called them today, 11/5, and was told there was nothing they could do to help me and would have to disconnect the call due to heavy call volume, no doubt calls with more complaints. They need to be shut down!
