Same thing happened to me in the begining of October 2013. I even look this company up and didn't see any complaints on them until now. I wish all of these complaints were posted then. I sent them the $484 on October 10, 2013 right before all of these complaints were posted. They were also telling me that I needed insurance and to send them $750. Luckly I didn't have the money to send them. There is a lady in customer service ext. 100 that told me that I can get a refund since I'm not going through with the loan but it will take 15 to 30 business days for the check to sent. I have had several companies email me with the same kind of offers. At least 5 different companies have sent me loan offers. Are there any legit private lenders out there? This is ridiculous how people are trying to scam and take advantage of honest individuals that are needing financial help right now. That is so evil of someone to knowingly take money from someone who desprately needs it. Like some of people who were scammed these are their last dollars that we have nothing left and these people who work at these rippoff companies take our money knowing that they are not going to send us and kind of loan. How do they sleep at night.
