I signed up for a 7 day free trial in March 2013 and cancelled within an hour because the site didn't offer the information that I needed. The next month I was charged $7.95 and have been charged $7.95 every month since 04/05/2013 to 11/05/2013 so far. I wrote an email and when I pressed sent, I was redirected to nothing helpful. My email was never sent each time I tried to resend it.
