11/16/12 my card was charged $2.99 without my consent; since then, it has been charged $19.98 per month, through 10/24/13, also without my consent. I have called (866) 259-9490, received hold messages, time till answer messages, and elevator music for up to 30 minutes, then an automated, "Goodbye" and silence. I want my money back, I want such scams to stop, and I want the instigators to be prosecuted.
