Person calling themselves "Michelle Cruz" left message that stated that I needed to have my lawyer contact them because they where starting legal action against me. I called the number they left (347-671-0307) and spoke with someone. Could not understand the name. Definite Indian/Pakistani accent though. Person stated that it was very important for my lawyer to contact them do to the impending legal action. The told me they where from Dept. of Treasury and had info from IRS. They stated something about back taxes. I did not let them go any further. I let them know that I work for the gov and know that they would not contact anyone this way. Started asking question about them and the person finally hang up.
