International boundaries
THey profess to be the UK passport service for renewals. Subsequently found out they are just a copying service to produce pre-printed passport application forms.
Giving the the correct e-mail address they changed to an incorrect format. All address is returned as capitals which are unreachable. Correct lower case given to them However they converted to the incorrect format on my returned forms which they charged £69.50 each for two applicaions.
They refunded 50% of my fees. But retained the balance.
I ried sevral approaches to recover balance but so far failed to do so.
