I foolishly took advantage of a trail offer of two skin products for which I was told I would only have to pay p&p. There was no mention on the site of the fact that one would then continue to be charged for these products (or the extortionate amount!).
Imagine my horror when I looked at my bank details and saw that the above amount had been taken from the account. i have of course directed my bank to make no further payments, but have found it impossible to contact the company directly to cancel this standing order. What's more, despite them taking these huge sums of money, I have not received any more products from them!
Do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Also, I have still not received any further products despite this large sum of money having been taken from my account (taken 11/14 and it's now 11/22
