I ordered some shoes from Sammydress on 27th september, it is now 21st november and i have not recieved them, they claim not to have any parcel numbers to track my item, i have contacted them 4 times and every time i get a very unhelpful response to be patient and wait 1-2 more weeks, i have been waiting 8 weeks already. i now have to buy replacement shoes as i need them for an event and assumed ordering them 2 months in advance would mean i have them by now. Sammydress are very unhelpful and their customer service is appaulling, i will not order anything from them again.
