Spoke with Achmed (at least thats what it sounded like) and when he asked why I was doing this I said "Deceptive Marketing Practices are illegal in the state of Wisconsin"
said he sent my refund request to their billing department (I doubt it)
going to my bank to ask their help with this fraud.

ALSO, I PUT MY PHONE ON SPEAKERPHONE AND RECORDED THIS CONVERSATION FOR LEGAL BACK UP IF NECESSARY. THIS IS LEGAL TO DO IN THE STATE OF WI.
