On September 19, 2013 I was reviewing my check account and noticed a charge of 148.95 from my account. And called the number 1-855-847-8507 that was linked to the charge. It was some weight loss product. Spoke to a customer representative who could barely speak English. I was told to return the product and and given a RM number that would assist in the processing of the returned product. I returned the product and made contact with them on October 3, 2013 and was told at that time my product was in the return warehouse and still needed to be processed and to contact them next week to see if the return had been processed. Called back on October 13, 2013 and was told at that time the product had been processed and that it would take up to 30 days before they would process a refund. On November 14th I spoke to a young woman name Kris who was a supervisor and she stated that my refund would be in my bank in 3-5 business days and that the money would be returned by November 21, 2013. Well today is November 22, 2013 and the money is still not in my account.I have tried calling them and did finally did get through and spoke to an Andrew employee #112474 he was tried telling me that it would be another 8 weeks before I received my return because there was a mess up that I only wanted to be refunded my shipping cost's and that they do not refund that. I argued with him and told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor and all of a sudden the line became full of static and he said he couldn't hear me but ZI could here him very well. I kept telling him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he kept telling me that he couldn't here me and that I could call back. And I told him not to hang up cause I was not going to wait on the phone for another 2 hours and of course he repeated the same thing "I can't hear you" and hung up on me.So I have called them again and Genevieve answered and I told her I needed to speak to her supervisor and she acted like she didn't hear me either and started saying to call the customer service number and have a nice day and hung up again. As I write this complaint I wait again for them to answer the phone. Still with a loss of $148.95 money I have been shuffling through bills because that was a purchase I did not intend for. So every month I am struggling and robbing from Peter to pay Paul.
