It is as you have herd from hundreds of other people. I used there service. When they didn't sell my car I applied for my money back. I had to send in a notarized copy proving who I was and the whole thing. After I sent it in, they said I was entitled to a credit. It's been a year now and they keep saying that but will not send it to me. Do not use this company. I'm blown away there still on the web and not in jail for fraud.
