Diana Mancipe is a part of Management at Espacio USA's 1400 Biscayne Center. Dealing with her is the worst.

I worked at one of the businesses renting an executive suite at 1400 Biscayne Center. I was leaving the office in my brand new red Mercedes Benz convertible which I worked so hard to save up for when the garage gate prematurely came down onto my car shattering my windshield. Good thing my top was up!!!

When I went into the management office to discuss what happened the next day, Diana claimed that it wasn't the building's fault and that the Mercedes must have done something to make the gate come down.

I pretty much lost it on her. She started condescending me for my rudeness and advised me to contact a lawyer as I stormed out.

I remember she walked in on a morning meeting in our office once and started screaming amidst 60-70 other employees. Diana Mancipe can be best described as an evil cartoon character you want obliterated by the end of the episode.

$8,000 in damages to my brand new red Mercedes Benz convertible and $4,300 in lawyer fees.
