FIRST TIME HAVE USED THIS SITE & AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! MY ORDER - M1311092309508942 WAS PLACED ON THE 10TH OF NOVEMBER & REQUESTED EXPEDITED DELIVERY (3 - 5 WORKING DAYS) IT IS NOW 23RDNOVEMBER & HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!!! HAVE NOW SENT 2 EMAILS TO COMPANY. MY ORDER SAYS IT IS STILL PROCESSING WHICH IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED BY NOW. WHAT THE HELL!!!!! I WANT RESPONSE & NOT A COMPUTER GENERATED ONE....!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE OR AM NOT CONTACTED BY COMPANY IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE NECESSARY AUTHORITIES AS THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD.WHICH IS THEFT!!!
