I noticed a charge on our bank account for $19.65 from an RBW Services out of TX. We are from OK. I tried calling the # but sat on hold for 15 minutes & no answer. I then went searching online to see what it was & found this website. I have called my bank & disputed the charge. I have not EVER even went to there site to look or ask questions.
