I too was duped by a Facebook advert. The company concerned offered a FREE trail for 2 products. Keytone Advanced and Green Coffee Cleanse. It stated that you only paid the shipping costs for the trial and AT NO POINT did it mention that if you didn't cancel you would be charged.

My credit card was charged £84.95 on 29 October for the Keytone Advanced and £69.95 on 29 October for the Green Coffee Cleanse. I never agreed to this and had no notification from the company that they were about to do this after the 'free' trial. There have been 4 further charges on my card before i was able to block the transactions - totaling over 400.00

I telephoned the company today +44 (0) 844 858-8072 to complain and was left on hold for a lengthy period (*i hung up without speaking to anyone) i emailed the company and have been reimbursed 89.95 - only for it to be recharged the next day!!!!!! Brian Hunter - email support manager is the signature on the email - but i doubt this is a real person.

This is a TOTAL SCAM and this company is (I'm sure) acting illegally. I am so very upset that I was taken in by them and I hope that not to many others have been as the company are absolute CROOKS. the only comfort in all this is my credit card company have been fantastic, well done Capital one - they have blocked transactions now, and are refunding the money to me.

I will also be complaining to Facebook as well.
