We ordered internet service with Comcast and Techzilla was the hardware partner for this deal.

For a $200 upfront fee, Techzilla offered the following:

1) ZyXEL 3.0 Cable Modem
2) Wireless Router
3) Modems/Routers Shipping and Handling

Once we paid up and Comcast installs the hardware, we will be eligible for a full rebate fee of $199.93 within 10-16 weeks as per their rebate form:

16 weeks came and went and crickets.

Finally after 25 weeks later on Nov 22nd, we called them.

Surprise surprise, they hadn't send out our rebate check yet. They promised they will be sending it because "oh, it's been long enough"

If you come across TECHZILLA, make sure you are incredibly organized and do the following:

1) Document and keep copies of everything
2) Get employee names if you call in
3) Follow up

This company is a scam.
