I also signed up for the free trial at the beginning of October and was billed the full amount on the 18th. They continued to send product and charged my account.

What I found out was that they have two separate sets of terms and conditions, one for the trial period where they do not accept returns once you have been billed and a different set of terms for their regular site where you can return within 30 days.

This company is "greasy" as my kids would say. It's like buying a car on sale at a dealership. If you buy it while it's on sale they won't warranty it.

Lorelia will never see my business again and I will spread the word. Too bad that they are wrecking it for all of the other companies that are trying to provide customers with with a good product with a REAL return policy.
