Purchased a Juvaderm treatment for $369 from one of their vendors only to find after calling the vendor that they don't freeze the area before inserting the needles, the vendor Bare Esthetics agree I could get a refund, called Deatathons and they agree as well. They issued me a credit memo number and told me they would refund my PayPal account the next day. THEY HAVE NEVER REFUNDED ME.

I have called their CS line numerous times and always told they will issue the refund and this has been going on over a month. They have closed the credit on their end, so I can't even use the voucher if i wanted to as they never paid the vendor but are keeping my money for providing no service. Eight emails and 16 phone calls to their CS department, their Sales & Marketing, their Accounting department and the CS supervisor have not effect as none of them will return my calls or issue me my money back.
