Purchased a computer - Sansung, 26 inch, All In One, from web site Hoptech-Elc.com. Was in constant contact with Howard.hoptech @gmail.com and [email protected]. Funds sent by Western Union as instructed and Singapore Tracking number provided. Funds received by one "Chen, Zhaoqian" City Shenzhen; Guangdong, Zip code: 518000
The funds were signed for by Chen, Zhao. I have requested documentation from Western Union confirming the identity of the person who received the funds. Records indicate that it was Mr. Chen that picked up the funds. I am hoping that Western Union has a copy of the identification used by Mr. Chen to retrieve the funds. If they do, I will forward it to you for prosecution of this case.
Packaged arrived today containing worthless gutted USB connectors. Attempted to contact "Howard" at previous emails and both have been cutoff as of today. No contact by phone to cell number: 86 13066843589 power off.
